Collator machine

Our system automates the capturing and collating of individual products such as single sheets, flyers, brochures, etc. into a stack.

The operator places the individual components in the correct position on the input module. The content of the respective order is displayed directly on the screen.  A camera scans the items.

If a product has been placed incorrectly, twice, or is missing, the system will warn the operator and, if necessary, stop. The system is also equipped with a vision sensor, which is responsible for recognizing products that do not have a barcode, such as e.g. the energy label.  

Finally, the individual items are brought together and deliverd from the system as a stack.
