Our system assembles individual components made of different materials, which must be applied, pressed in and plugged in.
With the help of perfectly adapted removable plates, vacuum suction cups, presses and compressed air supplies, the assembly is quick, easy and safe.
The components are inserted manually and/or fed automatically.

Process and special features
Equipping
Most of the components are inserted manually. Thanks to our individual interchangeable plates, this can be done precisely and safely.
Depending on the part, we also enable fully automatic feeding.
Verifying
Two area scanners check the inserted individual parts and ensure error-free assembly.
To make troubleshooting as easy as possible, a monitor shows the exact error points.
Automatic assembly
The entire assembly is fully automatic.
Depending on the type, the components are pressed in, moved and held by vacuum suction cups, fed in with compressed air or plugged in.
Execution as rotary indexing table
Thanks to the design as a rotary indexing table, the loading of the system and the assembly of the components can done at the same time.
Despite low cycle times,
the safety of the employees is guaranteed at all times.
