Tube handling system

Our system automates and speeds up the preparation of Screw Cap Micro Tubes (2ml).

Individually labeled with freshly printed stickers, placed in a rack and covered with a lid, the plant gives out the tubes as finished boxes.

Ready for further processing in your laboratory.

Process and special features

The micro tubes are automatically separated and and prepared for the process.

The components container can be reached from the outside. That makes it easy to refill the tubes while the system is running.

Each label is printed with its own data set and stuck directly onto the tubes.

A BCR scanner then checks the respective printed 2D code to ensure the correct labelling.

With the help of the two robots, the empty racks are prepared, filled with labeled tubes and coverd with a lid.

The finished boxes are now provided for collection.

The system can be filled with tubes, racks and lids from the outside during ongoing operation. This ensures a smooth process without interruptions.

The plant only has to be stopped to insert new labels and the print ribbon into the labeller.

The plant is completely closed.

A protective door and three sliding windows with electromagnetic safety switches protect against unintentional access to the danger zone.
